Ethan Griffin has a long history of work experience. In 2009, they were the Commander of the 21st Airlift Squadron. Ethan then moved to the Office of the Secretary of Defense, where they were the Military Assistant to the Executive Secretary from 2011 to 2013. Ethan then became a National Defense Fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) from 2013 to 2014. After that, they were the Vice Commander of the 62d Airlift Wing from 2014 to 2016, and then the Commander of the 436th Airlift Wing & 60th Air Mobility Wing from 2016 to 2018. Most recently, they have been the Vice President, Strategy & Public Sector at Vennli since 2020, where they plan, directs, and controls government & defense activity for an industry-leading, data science-backed market research consultancy. Ethan also manages sophisticated AI/ML technology across agile product development and designs business strategy for core mission, product, and service, for accelerated company growth.
Ethan Griffin holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Architecture from the University of Virginia, a Master's degree in Organizational Management from The George Washington University, and a Master's degree in Airpower Science from the (SAASS) School of Advanced Air and Space Studies.
