Wanderley Caloni has a range of experience in software engineering and security. Wanderley worked as a C++ Windows Software Engineer at Venn Software, where they contributed to the development of a secure remote work solution. Prior to that, they were a Senior Software Development Engineer at Bit Forge, focused on developing a new system for ATMs with an emphasis on security and resilience. Caloni also served as a Technical Lead at Intelitrader Tecnologia, ensuring high-performance market data traffic and system uptime. Wanderley has experience as a Risk Developer at UOL DIVEO, where they developed a risk system for an order routing system and improved internal communication channels. Caloni was a Senior Software Engineer at SCUA, working on disk cryptography projects. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Security Specialist at Open Communications Security, developing a solution to protect users accessing online banking. Wanderley also worked as a Security Software Developer at SCUA, focusing on protecting computers from viruses and threats.

Wanderley Caloni obtained a Bachelor's degree in Letras from USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 1998 to 2000. Later, from 2005 to 2007, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Network Architecture from UNIBTA - Centro Universitário.
