Mike House is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business process improvement and management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Innovation and Business Process Improvement at VWi Vengroff Williams since March 2021, Mike leads initiatives to integrate industry best practices and tools. Previous roles include Senior Process Improvement Manager for Revenue Cycle Management, Senior Project Manager and Engagement Manager at Capgemini, and Account Manager overseeing operations for Sutherland Global Services at Google. With a background in managing significant client engagements and a proven track record in medical collections and federal accounts receivables, Mike's career is further distinguished by service as a Fire Controlman Second Class in the U.S. Navy. Mike holds a diploma from Eastridge Senior High School.
