Florence Allain has extensive experience in quality management and food safety, currently serving as Accompagnement en qualité at Allain QHS since 2017. In parallel, Florence is the Quality Hygiene Safety Manager at Moulin Lorient Marée and Vénétis. Prior roles include Quality Manager at Atlantic Ovo and Responsible Laboratory at Délices de Saint Léonard, where Florence managed teams and improved internal processes.
