Tracy Sennett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and IT consulting services, currently serving as a Partner at Venetia Partners LLC since January 2017. Prior to this role, Tracy held the position of Sr. Director at Alvarez & Marsal from April 2007 to December 2016, specializing in areas such as interim leadership, IT strategy, business process improvement, and organizational transformation across a range of industries including Telecom, Healthcare, and Finance Insurance. Tracy also served as Interim CIO at Hollywood Video, overseeing a $48 million IT budget and managing a team of over 300 individuals, and held the role of Sr. Director of IT Integration & National Billing at Cingular, responsible for billing functions and leading a global team in Israel. Tracy earned a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology from Hofstra University between 1990 and 1997.
