Chloe Bartle is an experienced professional in people, performance, and culture within diverse organizational environments. Currently serving as the Head of People, Performance and Culture at VendorPanel since March 2023, Chloe also contributes as a Coach for the Women's Fellowship at Startmate, which connects aspiring female leaders with mentors in the startup ecosystem. Previously, Chloe held the position of Head of People and Culture at Trouva, leading strategic initiatives across multiple countries. Earlier experiences include serving as People Lead at HelloFresh and as an HR Advisor at Schlumberger, among others. Chloe holds a Bachelor of Commerce with First Class Honours and a Bachelor of Music from The University of Western Australia and has participated in leadership development through Startmate's Ladymates Leadership program. Educational advancements include a deferred Doctor of Philosophy in Strategic Management from the University of Melbourne.
