Claire Goff currently serves as a Senior People Partner at Vendigital, a Siemens Business, since August 2023, focusing on data-led cost transformation. Prior to this role, Claire spent over 15 years at Siemens, where experiences included serving as an HR Business Partner for Siemens Grid Software, driving succession planning, workforce demands, and implementing HR programs. Previously, Claire worked as an HR Consultant, providing coaching and guidance on various HR issues, and as a Development and Training Advisor, facilitating workshops and designing development solutions. Claire began the career at Siemens Metering Services as a Customer Liaison Team Coordinator, managing performance and absence in a call center environment. Claire holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (CIPD) and a Bachelor of Arts in Textile Design from Nottingham Trent University.
