Sian Story is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as General Counsel at Vendavo since April 2019, Sian has successfully led multi-million dollar revenue deals across the EMEA region and provided counsel on legal and contractual risks. Prior to this role, Sian held positions including Director, EMEA Legal at Sophos, where advisory on legal and regulatory issues was paramount, and Legal Counsel, EMEA at Vendavo, focusing on regulatory matters aligned with business objectives. Sian's earlier experience at Osborne Clarke spanned roles from Associate Director to Solicitor, emphasizing international expansion and equity compensation advice for technology companies. Sian holds an LPC from BPP Law School and an LLB from the University of Bristol, further strengthened by a foundational education at Penrhos College.
