Paulo Cruse has extensive experience in cloud operations and site reliability engineering, currently serving as the Manager of Cloud Operations at Vendavo since October 2018. Prior to this role, Paulo worked as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Salesforce from October 2013 to September 2018, and as a Software Engineer, showcasing a diverse skill set in various systems and technologies. Previous positions include Systems Engineer at Cerner Corporation, Application Support Analyst/DBA at Virgin Active, and .Net Developer at ITRM, among others. Paulo holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) in Software Engineering and Computer Systems from the University of Greenwich, completed in 2006.
