Deborah Hartley's work experience includes positions in various organizations. Deborah currently holds the role of Chief People Officer at Vencora, starting in October 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Portfolio Compensation & Benefits Director at Volaris Group from April 2022 to November 2023. From April 2020 to April 2022, they served as the Strategic Director of Human Resources at Lumenus Community Services, which was formed through the amalgamation of several organizations. Before that, they were the Director of Human Resources at Skylark Children, Youth and Families from April 2015 to April 2020. Deborah also held positions at AB SCIEX as the Director of Total Rewards & Information Systems from November 2012 to October 2013, at CSG International as the Executive Director of HR for the North America and CALA region from December 2010 to April 2012, at Intec Systems PLC as the Regional Head of HR for the North America and CALA region and Global Compensation Leader from September 2004 to November 2010, and at ADC Telecommunications as the Global Compensation Manager for the Software Division from 2000 to 2004.
Deborah Hartley has completed various educational programs focused on different areas of expertise. Deborah has attended the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management for an Executive Program in Advanced Human Resource Management. Additionally, Deborah has received certification as a Certified Compensation Professional from World at Work. Furthermore, they have obtained certification as a Certified Global Labor Relations Professional - Latin America from the HR Policy Association. Deborah has also completed the Dale Carnegie Presentation Skills program, as well as the OHSA Joint Health & Safety Certification. Moreover, they have attended the PMI-Project Management Basics program and the Prosci Change Management Certification program. Lastly, Deborah has obtained Hogan Assessment Certification.
