Geoff Cates is an experienced professional in the field of cybersecurity and technical support, currently serving as a Product Manager and previously as a Security Support Engineer at Venafi since June 2016. Prior experience includes roles as a Technical Support Engineer II at RSA The Security Division of EMC, where support focused on SecurID and Web Threat Detection, and as a PGP Senior Support Engineer at Symantec. Earlier positions involved systems operations and network administration at CallTower Inc. and technical service engineering at Convergys, specializing in Cisco and Nortel products.
