Paulo Macedo is a QA Engineer with extensive experience in quality assurance, having worked at velv since September 2022, Red IT from December 2021 to September 2022, and Connecting Software from May 2021 to December 2021. Prior to specializing in quality assurance, Paulo held various roles including IT Consultant, IT Analyst, and Senior Information Technology Support Analyst at companies such as BOLD International and BNP Paribas Securities Services. Paulo started a career in technology with a role as an IBM RPG Developer at Asseco PST and also engaged in sales at Fnac and Portugal Telecom. Education includes a degree from Universidade da Madeira (2010-2013), an ANSSI Certificate in IT Security, ITIL Foundation in Software Life Cycle, and ongoing studies for a Certificate of Pedagogical Aptitude at IEFP since January 2020.
