Elaine Portela is a Full Stack Engineer at Velv since June 2022 and has previously worked as a Software Engineer at Jaya Tech from February 2020 to June 2022, and as a Programmer at Grupo Mateus from July 2016 to February 2020. Elaine's early experiences include an exchange program with CAPES, which focused on promoting international mobility for students, and a scholarship for scientific initiation at FAPEMA, where the study of clustering techniques in mammographic images was implemented. Elaine started their career as a Young Apprentice at Banco do Nordeste do Brasil from April 2010 to April 2012. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Maranhão, a BSc Honours in Computing from the National College of Ireland, and a Master's in Computing Engineering and Systems from Universidade Estadual do Maranhão.
