Nikolaos Georgiadis began their work experience in 2004 as an Assistant in engraving banknote printing plates at the Banknote Printing Works of the Bank of Greece. Nikolaos then worked as a Logistics Runner at the Athens Olympic Broadcasting in 2004. In 2005, Nikolaos served in the Hellenic Army for one year. Nikolaos later worked as a Graphic Designer at Karidis Graphic Arts from 2006 to 2007. Nikolaos also worked as a Freelancer graphic designer for various publishing houses in 2007. In 2009, they served as an Assistant demonstrator for Adobe Flash seminars at the University of Kent. Nikolaos worked as a Freelancer Graphic Designer from December 2010 to February 2011. From March 2011 to February 2020, they worked as an Interaction designer and video editor at the ELT Publishing House, specializing in English language teaching apps. Currently, they are employed as a UX designer at Velti since March 2020.

Nikolaos Georgiadis has a diverse education history. In 2000, they began their undergraduate studies at the Technological Educational Institute of Athens, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Arts Technology. Nikolaos completed this program in 2005.

In 2008, Nikolaos enrolled at the University of Kent for a Master's Degree in Digital Visual Effects. Nikolaos completed this program in 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Nikolaos has also obtained several certifications. These include a Certificate of Completion for achieving Level 4 of "Presentation Mastery" from Toastmasters International in May 2022, a certification in "Start the UX Design Process: Empathize, Define and Ideate" from Coursera in May 2022, and a certification in "Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design" from Coursera in March 2022.

Further certifications include "Gamification – Creating Addictive User Experiences" from the Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF) in January 2022, as well as Certificates of Completion for achieving Level 3, Level 2, and Level 1 of "Presentation Mastery" from Toastmasters International in December 2021, March 2021, and November 2020, respectively.

Nikolaos has also acquired expertise in various aspects of user experience (UX) design. Nikolaos has completed courses such as "Which features to build? Learn how to involve users and customers" from theUXProdigy in January 2021, "Mobile User Experience (UX) Design" from the Interaction Design Foundation in November 2020, and "Become a UX Designer from Scratch" from the Interaction Design Foundation in July 2020.

Other relevant certifications include "UI Design Patterns for Successful Software" from the Interaction Design Foundation in June 2020, "User Experience: The Beginner's Guide" from the Interaction Design Foundation in March 2020, and "Design Sprint Workshop" from Digitized in November 2019.

Nikolaos has also completed courses such as "How to Build and Maintain Design Systems" from theUXProdigy in October 2019, "User Experience (UX): The Ultimate Guide to Usability and UX" from Udemy in June 2019, and "DESIGN RULES: Principles + Practices for Great UI Design" from Udemy in March 2019.
