Mariëtta Robbé Groskamp has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries. Mariëtta has held various roles in business development, marketing, loyalty programs, and customer success management.

Starting with their most recent position, Mariëtta worked as the Business Development Director for Europe at Velti. Mariëtta was responsible for managing the company's business development activities in Europe. Prior to this role, they served as the Country Director for the Netherlands at Velti, overseeing operations in the country. Mariëtta also worked as the Program Loyalty Marketing Manager for Europe at Velti, where they played a key role in enabling one-on-one customer engagement.

Mariëtta also founded their own company, Younikorn, where they provided marketing, loyalty, customer success management, and business development expertise. Mariëtta offered services such as keynote speaking, hosting events, guest lectures, and blogging.

Before starting Younikorn, Mariëtta worked as a blogger for Soo-Me, their personal blog where they shared knowledge about marketing and technology developments.

Mariëtta gained valuable experience in the tech industry during their time at Microsoft as an Account Executive in the Financial Services sector. Additionally, Mariëtta worked as a Channel Development Manager at CWR Mobility, responsible for developing partnerships and channels in the EMEA region.

Prior to their roles in the tech industry, Mariëtta gained experience in account management and customer loyalty at Dell. Mariëtta served as an Account Manager onsite at Rabobank and as a Customer Loyalty Experience Lead within the Netherlands. Mariëtta also worked on interim sales and marketing projects as a self-employed professional.

Earlier in their career, Mariëtta held positions at T-Mobile Nederland as a Marketing Manager and at Orange as a Base Program Manager, focusing on loyalty, up-selling, cross-selling, and customer retention. Mariëtta also worked at Dell as an Account Manager, specifically servicing Philips Medical Systems.

Throughout their career, Mariëtta has developed a wide range of skills in business development, marketing, loyalty programs, customer success management, and account management.

Mariëtta Robbé Groskamp's education history is as follows:

Mariëtta obtained a Bachelor's degree (Cum laude) in Marketing Management from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN) in the years 2003 to 2006. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in International Business Communication from Radboud University, which they completed in the years 2006 to 2007.

In 2016, Mariëtta attended INSEAD, where they focused on Business Strategy & Financial Acumen. Mariëtta also obtained a certificate in Management Essentials from Harvard Business School Online in 2020.

Mariëtta is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Essex, with an expected completion date in 2024.

In addition to their formal education, Mariëtta has obtained several certifications. In 2005, they obtained NIMA-A and NIMA-B certifications from NIMA, Nederlands Instituut voor Marketing. In 2018, they obtained the PSM 1 (Professional Scrum Master) certification from Scrum.org. In 2020, Mariëtta obtained certifications in "Viral Marketing and How to Craft Contagious Content" from the University of Pennsylvania and "The Arts and Science of Relationships: Understanding Human Needs" from the University of Toronto.
