Smita Kakade is a Requirements Engineer at Velsera since January 2023, following the merger of PierianDx with Velsera. Prior to this, Smita worked at Pierian as a Requirements Engineer from December 2021 to December 2022 and served as a Senior Business Analyst at IDC Technologies Solutions Pvt Ltd from August 2021 to November 2021, where responsibilities included the implementation of Minimal Viable Products and documentation. With over 7 to 8 years of experience as a Business Requirements Analyst at ONLINE SMARTHEALTH PRIVATE LIMITED from September 2008 to July 2021, Smita has expertise in requirement gathering, analysis, and healthcare standards, as well as proficiency in requirement management tools like Jira and creating process flow diagrams using Microsoft Visio. Smita holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Information & Technology from Pravara Engineering College, Loni, under the University of Pune.
