Devika Ranade is a highly experienced professional in the fields of biochemistry and molecular biology, currently serving as a Scientific Lead at Velsera since January 2023. Prior to this position, Ranade held the role of Senior Biocurator and Senior Variant Analyst at PierianDx from November 2018 to December 2022, as well as the position of Variant Analyst. Academic training includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the Indian Institute of Science Education & Research (IISER) in Pune, completed in 2017, alongside a Master of Science in Virology from the National Institute of Virology (NIV) from 2008 to 2010, and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Abasaheb Garware College from 2005 to 2008.
