David Conti has over five years of experience as the Product Director at Velrada. David has been responsible for leading the Global Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Capability, overseeing multiple customer engagements and ensuring high-quality outcomes. Prior to their role at Velrada, David worked at SMS Management & Technology as the APAC Dynamics CRM People, Process, & Delivery Manager and the CRM Practice Lead. David also has experience as a Business Analyst at SMS Management & Technology and as a Senior Developer at The Birchman Group Asia Pacific. David has further experience as a Senior Software Engineer at acQuire Technology Solutions and as a Senior Software Developer at Snowden Technologies. David began their career as a Shift Manager at McDonald's Corporation and later worked as a Child Care Coordinator at Kindred Inc.
David Conti attended Aquinas College from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained their High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. David then enrolled at Curtin University from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Computer Science (BSC) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). In addition to their degrees, David Conti has received various certifications from Microsoft, including "MB-200 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Core" in September 2019, "Exam 877: Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Field Service" in December 2017, "MB2-704: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Application" in December 2015, "TS: Accessing Data with Microsoft .NET Framework 4" in September 2012, and "TS: Microsoft SQL Server 2005 – Implementation and Maintenance" in January 2005.
