Aysel Güclü has worked in a variety of roles since 1991. Her first job was as a responsible Sewing for Pardes in 1991. Aysel then worked as a Logistics Specialist for neckermann.de GmbH in 1996. From 2006 to 2009, they were a Personal Management for Primajob. From 2009 to 2014, they held the roles of IT Support and IT Coordinator and Management Assistant for Atos and Mann Hummel respectively. From 2014 to 2020, they worked as an Information Technology Coordinator and Information Technology for MANN HUMMEL Türkiye. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager for Veloxity Inc.

Aysel Güclü attended AGO Offenbach from 2002 to 2006 and earned a degree in Makine Mühendisliği from TU Darmstadt.
