Rolands Gritans is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and management roles. Since August 2020, Rolands Gritans has served as a Member of the Supervisory Board at VELOSOCK. Additionally, as the Owner of Abava Ltd and the CEO of Biznesa parks ABAVA since 2005, Rolands Gritans has demonstrated entrepreneurial expertise. Previous positions include CEO at JSC "BASTIONS ZS" from 1998 to 2007 and CFO at BALTA, part of RSA Group, from 1998 to 2003. Rolands Gritans holds a BS in Economics from Latvijas Universitate, earned between 1999 and 2003.
