Tracy Wilson is currently serving as Team Manager at Velonetic since September 2023. Prior to this role, Tracy held the position of Team Lead at DXC Technology from May 2020 to September 2023. Tracy's extensive experience includes over two decades at Lloyds Banking Group, where roles ranged from Front Line Manager in Commercial Anti Money Laundering Operations to Colleague Performance Manager in Life and Pension Servicing. In these positions, Tracy led KYC teams, ensured the achievement of Key Performance Indicators, managed performance and risk, and oversaw various site change portfolios. Tracy's early career included roles such as Business Support Officer, Workflow Team Leader, and AWD Testing Coordinator, focusing on productivity, workflow management, and User Acceptance Testing. Tracy holds a BTEC National Diploma in Business and Finance from Mid Kent College and attended Rainham School for Girls.
