Derek Russell is an experienced professional in customer relationship management and account management within the insurance and technology sectors. Currently, Derek serves as a Customer Relationship Manager at Velonetic since June 2022. Previously, Derek worked at Xchanging for nearly a decade as an Electronic Services Service Manager, where responsibilities included service onboarding, customer support, and contract administration within the London Insurance Market. Prior positions include Account Manager roles at CSC and PMSC, managing major accounts and general insurance software clients, as well as serving as International Sales Support Manager and Pre Sales Consultant in the insurance software domain.
