Christy Burton is a highly experienced engineering professional with a career spanning over two decades in the environmental and chemical sectors. Currently serving as Lead Technology Deployment Engineer at Velocys since August 2020, Christy has held various positions within the company since 2006, including Technology Deployment Engineer and Plant Operations Engineer. Prior to joining Velocys, Christy worked at Guild Associates, Inc. as a Chemist and gained research experience at Battelle Memorial Institute in the Environmental Restoration Department. Christy's career began at KEMRON Environmental Services as a Chemist. Christy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from The Ohio State University, obtained in 1997.
