Tanya Hack has extensive experience in customer service and patient care, currently serving as a Patient Service Representative at Velocity Urgent Care since August 2022. Concurrently, Tanya has worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Aetna since September 2018 and as a Customer Care Specialist at QuenchUSA since August 2015. Previous experience includes a role as Student Records at the Community College of Philadelphia from April 1993 to December 2003, where assistance was provided to students regarding admissions, records, and course registration. Tanya earned an Associate of Liberal Arts degree in Communications from the Community College of Philadelphia between 2003 and 2005, and has further education from Alvernia University.
