Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in entrepreneurship, compliance, and nutrition. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has worked as a Compliance Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana also has experience as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and as a university lecturer teaching applied mathematics to nutrition and history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Academically, Mariana holds a degree in Nutrition and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México and a diploma in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online.
