Yoav Ventura is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human capital management and strategic planning. As the Founder and Managing Partner at AKT, a global consulting firm established in August 1999, Yoav has played a pivotal role in shaping the company's direction. Additionally, Yoav serves as the Vice President of Strategy and Planning at the University of the People since July 2009 and co-founded Velocity Career Labs in December 2018. Yoav holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University, completed between 1993 and 1997.
