Daylen Lewis has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries and roles. Daylen started their career in the United States Navy, serving as a Petty Officer Second Class from January 2003 to February 2011. After leaving the Navy, they worked as an Armed Security Officer at Empire Protective Services from 2011 to 2012. Daylen then transitioned into customer care roles, starting with CoreStaff as a Customer Care Representative from October 2012 to December 2013. Daylen further developed their customer service skills at Shutterfly, Inc., where they worked in various positions including Customer Care Representative, Customer Care Storm Trooper, and Customer Care Team Lead from December 2013 to May 2017. Following this, they joined The Hartford as a Customer Relationship Specialist, where they worked from May 2017 to November 2022. Currently, they are employed at Velocitor Solutions as a Technical Support Specialist, starting in January 2023.

Daylen Lewis completed high school education at Fiorello H Laguardia High School from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained their GED with a focus on Music. In terms of additional certifications, they completed the Microsoft Security Fundamentals program at MyComputerCareer in February 2019.
