Dave Binford has over 25 years of experience in the field of network engineering and data centers. Dave is currently serving as a Sr. Network/Data Center Engineer at Velocitor Solutions since May 2019. Prior to that, they worked at BNS Global as an Owner/Operator from January 1995.

From 2017 to 2018, Dave was at Lumos Networks where they held the position of Director of Network Engineering - Data Centers. Dave also served as the Director of Technical Operations - Data Centers from February 2017 to September 2017.

Dave also gained experience as the Director of Operations at DC74 Data Centers from January 2008 to February 2017 and at Carolina Internet, LTD from December 2006 to January 2008.

Before that, Dave was the CTO at 1st Americard from October 2003 to December 2006 and worked as a Sr. Network Engineer at Carolina Internet, LTD from November 2000 to 2003.

In the initial stages of their career, Dave served in the United States Marine Corps as a Network Administrator from October 1996 to September 2001 and as a Combat Engineer from September 1993 to October 1996.

Dave Binford attended West Virginia University from 1985 to 1991, where they studied Mechanical Engineering.
