Omkar 'Dr. V' Vaidya MD Exec.MBA has held a variety of roles in the medical field since 2011. In 2011, they completed Nephrology Fellowships at UT Southwestern Medical Center and Parkland Memorial Hospital, as well as at Veterans Affair Dallas North Texas. In 2013, they completed Critical Care Fellowships at University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine and at UMKC, Saint Luke's Health System and Truman Medical Center. From 2014 onward, they have held positions as a Nephrologist in Private Practice, an Intensivist at Saint Luke's Health System, and an MD, Assistant Professor of Medicine at University of Missouri-Kansas City. Most recently, in 2020, they became the CEO and Founder of Arena Health.

Omkar 'Dr. V' Vaidya MD Exec.MBA completed their Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery - MBBS from Medical Careers between 2001 and 2007. Omkar ‘Dr. V’ then attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine and obtained their Doctor of Medicine - MD in 2008-2011. Following this, they completed a Nephrology Fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern- Dallas (UTSW) between 2011 and 2013. Finally, they obtained an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Missouri-Kansas City between 2016 and 2018.
