Joeri Laming is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in the field of mechanical engineering. Currently serving as Lead Engineer at Vekoma Rides since September 2016, Joeri leads engineering teams for various special attractions. Prior to this role, Joeri held the position of Lead Engineer Mechanical at Huisman Equipment B.V., where leadership of a team focused on design, technical functionality, and structural integrity was maintained. Joeri's career began with roles such as Design Engineer and Jr. Design Engineer, alongside a trainee position in R&D Engineering at IHC Offshore Systems B.V. and a junior engineer trainee role at ALE Heavylift BV. Joeri holds an HBO degree in Mechanical Engineering from Avans University of Applied Sciences, complemented by earlier education in the natural sciences and technology.
