Sally Blades Chartered MCIPD is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at VEKA UK since November 2022, Sally previously held the position of Head of HR at Nippon Electric Glass from October 2016 to November 2022. Prior experience includes HR Manager for the Fiber Glass Division at PPG Industries from October 2010 to October 2016 and HR Advisor at Diodes Zetex Semiconductors Limited from October 2007 to December 2010. Academically, Sally possesses an ILM Level 7 Coaching qualification from The British School of Coaching, an Executive MBA from The Manchester Metropolitan University, a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from the University of Central Lancashire, and a Postgraduate Diploma in CIPD Level 7 from Wigan College.
