Naim Nessighaoui holds extensive experience in sales and business development within the industrial and distribution sectors. Currently serving as the Responsable National des Ventes at VEKA - France since June 2016, Naim is responsible for direct sales to VEKA assemblers and indirect sales through the Fenétrier VEKA network. Previously, Naim worked at ELCIA from October 2009 to September 2015, achieving the title of Chef des Ventes and earning Employee of the Year in 2013, managing over 150 industrial clients and leading key account development initiatives. Naim's earlier experience includes an Engineer Technico-Commercial role, focusing on new client acquisition and project management in the North East of France. Naim began the professional journey as an Animateur Réseau at ATRYA, promoting a specialized distribution network in the carpentry sector. Naim holds advanced degrees in distribution network law and engineering from the University of Strasbourg and IUP Commerce et Ventes Colmar.
