Mike Flahave has a diverse work experience. Mike started their career in 2010 as a Grounds Crew member at Okay Construction LLC. In 2011, they joined VEIT as an Accounts Payable specialist, managing vendors supporting VEIT landfills and disposal services. In 2012, they transitioned to the role of Estimator, where they remained until 2021. From February 2021 to August 2022, Mike served as the Regional Demolition Manager at VEIT. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Demolition, Project Management & Strategy at VEIT, starting in May 2022.

Mike Flahave obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Leadership Management from Saint John's University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Subsequently, they pursued an Associate's Degree in Construction Supervision from Dunwoody College of Technology, which they completed between 2012 and 2014.
