Arnoud van Assema currently serves as Teamleider Onderhoud at LVNL, overseeing the Maintenance, Realization, and Renovations department and managing a team of 23 technical professionals. Since November 2000, Arnoud has held various leadership roles at Veiligheidsregio Kennemerland, responsible for the operational management of fire stations in Beverwijk, leading approximately 55 volunteer firefighters. Arnoud's previous experience includes managerial and consultancy positions at Recint B.V., Heijmans, and Royal Schiphol Group, where responsibilities encompassed contract management and operational oversight of maintenance services across various technical domains. Arnoud holds a Bachelor’s degree in Built Environment from Inholland University of Applied Sciences and is currently pursuing further education in fire science and firefighting at NIPV.
