Andre Hellum has a strong background in information technology, with a career that spans over three decades. Andre began their career at Telenor in 1986 as a Senior Network Specialist, gaining valuable experience in the telecommunications industry. Andre then moved to Oslo Børs in 1992, where they served as Senior Vice President & CIO for seven years. During their time at Oslo Børs, they were responsible for delivering a major systems portfolio, including the main trading platforms for the stock exchange, and played an active role in the merger of the Nordic exchanges. Hellum also served as the Head of IT-Operations at Oslo Børs, where they built up a professional IT-operations based on ITIL processes. In 2006, they joined Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics as Vice President and Head of Global IT-Operations & IT Centre Oslo, where they held a leadership position until 2017. In 2017, Hellum moved to Veidekke Norge, where they currently serve as COO IT Konsern. Andre'swork experience demonstrates their expertise in IT leadership, project management, and change management in complex and dynamic environments.
Andre Hellum has a diverse education history. In 2022, they attended Harvard Business School for Executive Education, focusing on "Competing in the age of platforms." Andre also pursued executive education at IMD in 2016, specializing in "Negotiations for value." In 2008-2009, Andre completed the Global Leadership Program at IMD. Earlier, in 2002-2003, they attended the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) for the AFF Solstrandprogrammet. Prior to these experiences, Andre attended Teleskolen, Grimstad in 1986-1988, and Gjøvik Gymnas from 1981 to 1984. Additionally, they obtained ITIL certification from itSMF UK in 1999.
