Erin Gilchrist Rugg has over 25 years of work experience. In 2022, they began working as the VP Fleet Evangelism for IntelliShift. From 2020-2022, they served as the Senior Vice President Marketing & Business Development for TRANSPORT SOLUTIONS OF AMERICA. From 2004-2020, they were the Director of Fleet Operations for Safelite AutoGlass, where they held direct responsibility for all operations of a high-profile Fleet of 8,200+ vehicles and an annual operating budget of $80M+. In this role, they designed and led an initiative focused on driver behavior management that resulted in multi-millions in savings from reductions in fuel use and accident severity as well as improvements in vehicle efficiency and driver safety. From 1996-2004, they were the Logistics Supervisor for Limited Brands, where they ensured proper oversight of supply chain logistics and distribution including inbound and outbound transportation for high profile company brands. Erin managed a talented team of direct and indirect reports and was selected to participate in a two-year OSHA Compliance Audit project.
