Tom Brown is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the foodservice and logistics sectors. Currently serving as Sales Director and Head of Sales at Vegetarian Express since July 2023, Tom previously held significant roles at Sysco as Regional Sales Director of South Independent Food Service and at Brakes Group as Sales Director for the London Independent Division. Tom's career also includes experience as General Manager at Brake Logistics, where major logistics contracts were managed, and as National Account Manager at Brakes UK. Earlier, Tom was a Recruitment Consultant at Extra Personnel, specializing in staffing for catering establishments. Tom holds a BA Hons 2.1 in International Hospitality Management from Nottingham Trent University.
