Michelle Conner MCIPD is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director and Head of HR at Vegetarian Express since February 2023. Prior to this role, Michelle was the Group Head of HR at CLS Group Services from November 2021 to February 2023, and spent over 14 years at The Outset Group as a Senior HR Consultant, providing on-site and remote generalist support to various retained clients. Michelle's earlier career includes positions as HR Manager at System C Healthcare and HR Business Partner at Siemens Enterprise Communications. Michelle holds a BA Hons in Hospitality Business Management from Leeds Beckett University, which was completed between 1992 and 1996.
