Avo Kupalyan has over 20 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management. Avo began their career in 1998 as a Raw Material Procurement Manager at Thibiant International, Inc. In 2008, they moved to ORLY International, Inc. as a Sr. Purchasing Manager and to Black Pearl 24 as President. Avo then held the role of Director of Procurement at Hugo Naturals from 2010 to 2015 before joining Erbaviva in the same role. In 2021, they were appointed Director of Procurement at Vege Labs.

Avo Kupalyan attended California State University, Northridge from 1989 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
