Palak Mehta has extensive work experience in various fields. Palak founded the Vegan India Conference in 2019 and currently serves as the Founder. Palak is also the Event Director for the Festival of Womanhood, an initiative of Mohanji International. In 2016 they founded Vegan First and served as the CEO. Palak has also worked as a Member of Task Force for Vegan Foods at FSSAI Publication and as a Host at Secrets of India. Prior to these roles, they worked as a Fine Arts - Senior Faculty at VIBGYOR Group of Schools, a Fine Arts Consulting Faculty at Prakriti, and as the Chief Facilitator - Teaching Aids & Curriculum Design at Natkhat Playschool. Palak began their career as a Production Designer at Thinking Trip Production.

Palak Mehta completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Amity University from 2003 to 2006. Subsequently, from 2007 to 2010, Palak pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a specialization in Sculpture from the College of Art, Delhi.
