Aleksandar Milincic serves as the Head of the Project Management Office and Partner at Vega IT since September 2021, focusing on the optimization of project management processes to align with business objectives. In addition, Milincic is a Partner and Managing Director at the Swiss School of Business and Management and is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration degree. With extensive experience, Milincic founded IT Serbia in February 2018, contributing to the outsourcing of IT development, and has held key leadership roles at RCM Technologies, including Branch Manager and General Manager, where responsibilities included launching new divisions and managing day-to-day operations. Previous positions also include Director of Software Engineering at Prime Holding JSC, CEO at Prime Software Serbia, and Director of Operations at Stanga1, highlighting a strong background in project management, software development, and organizational leadership. Milincic holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Univerzitet u Nišu.
