Ilknur Kara has a diverse work experience in various industries. Ä°lknur started their career as a Software Consultant at Veri Yazilim Proje Danismanlik Hiz. San. ve Tic. A.S. from April 2019 to March 2020. Ä°lknur then worked as a Software Support at ALTAY OTOMOTIV A.S. from March 2020 to December 2020. Currently, they are employed as a Software Development Engineer In Test at IAS - Industrial Application Software Turkiye starting from December 2020. Prior to these roles, they served as a Sales Support Manager at Turkcell from February 2018 to August 2018. Ä°lknur also gained valuable experience as an intern at Schneider Electric from February 2016 to June 2016 and at Tedas from September 2011 to June 2012.

Ä°lknur KARA completed their undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems at Mehmet Akif Ersoy University from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications including ".NET Software Expertise" from Bilge Adam in August 2019, "Job Recruitment and Interview Techniques Training" in June 2018, "Payroll Applications Training" from Istanbul Business Institute in May 2018, "Quality Management System Internal Auditor Training" from Istanbul Business Institute in May 2018, and "Total Quality Management" from Istanbul Business Institute in May 2018.
