Tom Marvel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and leadership. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Management at Veeva Systems since June 2019, Tom has successfully led a team in developing an educational social network for doctors. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Director of Product Management at Conga following the acquisition of Octiv, where Tom was also Director, Product and held multiple positions from Technical Consultant to Implementation Specialist. Earlier experience includes a Field Sales Intern role at The Hershey Company, where Tom significantly increased sales, and an Office Intern position at Advantage Financial Group, where Tom improved internal workflows. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Business Economics and Public Policy from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.
