Steve Emkey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and customer relationship management. Currently serving as Director of Product Management at Veeva Systems since September 2013, Steve has a proven track record of success in enhancing customer success initiatives. Prior to Veeva, Steve worked at Bausch + Lomb from June 2007 to September 2013 as Senior CRM & Business Information Lead, focusing on sales operations. Earlier in Steve's career, positions included Pharmaceutical Territory Manager and Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at Eli Lilly from March 2005 to June 2007. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Franklin & Marshall College, obtained in 2002.
