Joao Cavaleiro possesses extensive experience in data operations and product support, currently serving as Senior Manager Data Operations at Veeva Systems and previously as OpenData Research Center Manager. At Oracle, Joao held several roles, including Product Support Manager, Product Support Team Leader/SME, and Product Support Analyst - IRT. Earlier experience includes working as an IT Support Analyst at Hewlett-Packard. Joao earned a Master's degree in Sports Studies from Faculdade de Motricidade Humana (2007-2011) and a Bachelor's degree in Informatics from Faculdade de Ciências da Universidade de Lisboa (2001-2007).
