Sagar Gundale is a Senior Quality Engineer in Metal Additive Manufacturing at Veer-O-Metals Private Limited, with responsibilities including inspection feasibility, planning, process validation, and audit management for AS9100 and ISO 9001 certifications. Prior experience includes a role as a Quality Engineer at Intech Additive Solutions, focusing on powder validation, parameter validation, and various inspection processes. Sagar has also gained practical experience as a Project Intern at Tata Hitachi Construction Machinery Company, where efforts were directed towards improving production levels and reducing defects, as well as internships at Altair and South Western Railways, where skills in advanced meshing and railway maintenance processes were developed. Sagar holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from KLE Technological University, obtained in 2019.
