Najee Goode began their professional career as a Professional Athlete with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2012. Najee then moved to the Philadelphia Eagles in 2013, where they served as a Linebacker. In 2018, they joined the Indianapolis Colts as a Linebacker, and in 2019, they joined the Jacksonville Jaguars in the same role. In 2019, they also began working as an Entrepreneur In Residence with Vantage Ventures. In 2021, they became the Director of Digital Technology & Strategic Marketing with the NFL Alumni Association, as well as the President of the NFL Alumni Jacksonville Chapter. Additionally, from 2015 to 2019, Goode co-founded and served as the Chief of Fan Engagement for VEEPIO, a mobile direct to consumer communication and e-Commerce technology platform.

Najee Goode attended West Virginia University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
