Tim Labadie is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in engineering and product support. Currently serving as a Technical Product Support Engineer at Veeco since October 2020, Tim specializes in product change assessment, implementation, and service tooling management for Laser Spike Anneal tools in an ISO 9001/SEMI environment. Previously, Tim worked at Illumina from May 2008 to April 2020, progressing from System Support Engineer 1 & 2, where responsibilities included field data analysis and engineering support for various genomic instruments, to Manufacturing Technician roles focused on instrument integration and testing. Earlier experience includes a position as a Truss Technician at Builder's Choice, Inc., where Tim utilized computer-aided design for wood structures. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
