Shikhar Mall is an accomplished engineering manager and co-founder with extensive experience in software engineering and problem solving across various sectors including investment banking, education, networking, micro-finance, and data storage. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Veeam Software since September 2021, Shikhar holds a robust background through previous roles such as Senior Staff Software Engineer at Rubrik, Inc. and Principal Software Engineer at Dell EMC, where involvement in advanced data movement capabilities was key. Shikhar co-founded Zest Softech in June 2009, contributing to numerous innovative solutions. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Computer Science with a focus on AI and Machine Learning from Oregon State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya.
