Ananth Jonnavittula is a graduate research and teaching assistant at Virginia Tech, where involvement spans from August 2020 to the present. In addition, Ananth serves as Director at Vedavaag Systems Ltd since September 2021, focusing on team building for emerging technologies. Ananth's previous experience includes a role as a Research and Development Intern at ABB, working on computer vision algorithms, and serving as a Robotics Engineer at Parker Hannifin. Ananth also contributed as a Graduate Student Researcher at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, designing control systems for the leg chair project. Ananth holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering (Robotics) from Virginia Tech, a Master’s Degree in Robotics Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Instrumentation from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy.
